This resort is absolutely amazing!! The spots are nicely groomed and level and the views are great but the best thing about it is the people that run and work at the resort. They are so friendly and extremely helpful when you are in need!! Such an amazing sense of community there. I am so happy that we picked this place to have our lot and I am looking forward to a great summer there.

Absolutely perfect place to slow down and relax. Fantastic owners who go above and beyond for everyone. There are things yet to be finished but the weather hasn’t helped in that department, and good things come to those who wait 😀

Came out last weekend for a tour of the resort for a potential RV Seasonal site. The resort is very well kept, and has some really nice facilities, as well as a really inviting staff. Thanks for the homemade cinnamon buns, and the ice cream. Looks like the outdoor pool is going to be up and running soon and it will be a fun place to have a seasonal lot!

This resort has come together very nicely. It’s already looking good and will be even better when it’s fully completed. The owners have been nothing but fantastic over the last few years getting everything set up and in place to make this resort a success not only for the community but all the lease holders too. It was way better than I anticipated when I first showed up. Keep up the great work !!

This was our first season at Bar W Resort, and we absolutely loved it. It is such a beautiful, peaceful property and incredibly well maintained. We enjoyed our first summer here so much that we're already locked in for next season! The owner is truly amazing. He's welcoming, helpful and genuinely cares about the resort and the people who stay there. You can tell how much work and pride goes into making Bar W such a great place. We made some wonderful memories during our first season and are already looking forward to coming back next year. Terry DomeijBar W Resort is a quiet, clean, secure place. There are many amenities for the whole family including your furry family to enjoy . You can choose from Mini Golf, Water Park, Horse Shoes, Pickle Ball, Beach Volleyball, Swimming, Dog Beach, Biking and more. The staff are welcoming, and do everything they can for you to enjoy your time at the Resort. Sites are large and even have real grass that you can actually walk on. There’s 24/7 security so it very peaceful. You are allowed sheds and improvements as per your lease. If you’re looking for quiet place to relax and enjoy your summer you have found the right little slice of Paradise.Posted on Google

Lawrence VincentThis is our first summer here at BarW Resort. Love it here. Really quiet and clean. Feels very safe as it is gated. Friendly people. Love the pools and waterslide. We are totally loving the view of Buffalo Lake. There is a new mini golf course and a beach volleyball court. The convenience store has the best ice cream😍 Grounds are well kept. I appreciate that the owners have certain rules to keep things nice and peaceful and that's why we like it here. Its definitely a family vibe and the owners work very hard to keep it that way. Vince and Bonnie MyersBarW is a very beautiful RV resort, overlooking Buffalo Lake. When I first saw it I couldn't believe that I hadn't heard about it sooner. Its so peaceful and quiet here. We've been here since the beginning of summer and we are enjoying it so much. The pool is fabulous and it has a great waterpark for kids. The view of the lake will take your breath away. If you haven't had a chance to see it, I recommend you take a drive out. You won't be disappointed!Posted on Google

It was way better than I anticipated when I first showed up. Keep up the great work !! As an update for the 2026 season they've added mini put and beach volley ball. They're now working on a community center for hosting movie nights, games and social events ect. Pool hours are extended compared to last season, it just keeps getting better. On another note, there seems to be a few one-star reviews for this place that, as a leaseholder, I find a little questionable after reading them. It comes across as though some people became upset when certain rules had to be enforced and decided that leaving a one-star review would somehow make them feel better. The reality is that when people abuse privileges or continually push boundaries, rules eventually have to be enforced. ( ie. racing your golf carts around during quiet time ) Ironically, the same people whose behavior likely caused those rules to be enforced in the first place may now be the ones complaining about them. It’s a little hard to be upset about rules being enforced when your own behavior may have been the reason they needed to be enforced in the first place. Fairly ironic, if you ask me.
