RESORT INFO. Offering 314 fully serviced sites (water, sewer, and 50 power). Most sites are about 40×60 ft. and can accommodate full size RV trailers and motorhomes, with a May through October camping season – weather permitting. And, NO MORE RV STORAGE FEES, as you will be able to keep your RV on your lot year round at our gated, supervised Resort!
BarW has already planted 230 8-10 foot spruce trees as well as other tree types. And another 400 trees are scheduled for planting throughout the 314 sites in ’24 and ’25
BarW also offers you loads of parking, including twice the required number of stalls. The Convenience store and Cafe/Grille will be ready for opening May, 2024 as well.
All amenities are scheduled for completion Spring/Summer 2024 with the exception of the amazing AquaGlide with spray fountain and beach/picnic area, which will be completed early 2025. The AquaGlide course, itself, has already been purchased at a cost of $140,000.
RESORT POLICY. Campers and visitors alike will be required to follow specific resort policies and guidelines. Such items will include following a Resort Rules guidebook consisting of items such as observing speed limits, evening quiet times, pet control, parking correctly and in the appropriate areas, following safety instructions on the various amenities, etc.
Additionally, a full EMERGENCY RESPONSE instruction paper will be posted.

Every site comes with full hookups, a gravel pad, mature grass as well as a tree to be planted upon rental. The typical site is 40×60 feet. As the entire developed property is gently sloped towards the lake, beautiful views are plentiful.
