At BarW RV Resort you will receive the full camping and lake experience. On the lake you can enjoy so many boating activities and on the resort grounds you can enjoy the wide array of activities too – all crafted for your fun and enjoyment.
Low Density Lake Experience
Buffalo Lake is a large lake covering nearly 100 square kilometers of area. It also has one of the lowest water craft usage ratios amongst Alberta’s major lakes – this means watercraft traffic is minimal compared to most other Alberta lakes.
BarW has already planted 230 8-10 foot spruce trees as well as other tree types. Additionally we have another 400 trees scheduled for planting throughout the 314 sites in ’24 and ’25
